Boosie is on IG defending his decision to strip his 13 year old child of agency, forcing him into a sexual act with an adult. And a bunch of dudes are cosigning. Some of yall don't deserve children. And your parental rights and access should be revoked.
I also know that some of these comments are from men who were harmed this way when they were children. And they've normalized it. It makes me sad. And angry.
"Ima do this with my sons too". Woo. the anger that boiled up. Don't procreate with these men.
we have to take the sexual assault of our boys seriously. I mean, it's not like we're doing a stellar job when it comes to Black girls either, but the way it's been normalized for our Black boys is just....ugh
Them: STOP PUSHING HOMOSEXUALITY ON OUR KIDS...

Also Them: Hell yeah I paid for a full grown adult women to engage in sexually abusing my son, cuz i'm raising a MAN.
Here’s what i keep seeing in response to this thread:

‘But he wanted it? How is that abuse? It prob made his day.’

He’s 13. So we should support and facilitate harmful things b/c it’s what a child wants to do? Do you think that’s free of conditioning & social pressures?
What a/b a 13 yr old who wants to take ur car for a joy ride to NYC for the wkend- totally ok cuz ‘it’s what they want?’

What if it were a girl, still ok?

The children are not responsible for making sound &safe decisions. They are children. The adults are. Every time.
At the crux of this is folks inability to see Black boys as children. This is perpetuated by the the twin structures of Patriarchy and White Supremacy. And while I wanna be careful not to completely conflate anti-Black State violence & interpersonal sexual violence against boys
both are excused, or even justified, by stripping Black boys of their childhood and pretending they are men well before they actually are.
