& #39;how are you doing& #39; most of the time is asked as a gesture, a rhetorical question presented as a polite greeting. lately i& #39;ve caught myself responding with & #39;do you really want to know?& #39; and it seems to be catching people (me included) off guard.
public health is #1 but mental health should be considered in that equation. is anyone of authority expressing concern for the mental wellbeing of the millions of people at home?
**i ask this as a person of EXTREME privilege. i have a nice house, food, my health, etc. and i am hanging on by a fucking thread. my heart hurts when of i think of the majority who lack the basics and are enduring this madness.
