Tesla put out their plan to open safely. That plan has may holes in it I have pointed out previously. Mostly that it's a plan-to-plan and not really a plan. But I'm not going to hash those out here.

Instead I am going to cover what the plan specifically avoids.
And that is proper distancing. Something that can't happen in most places on Tesla's general assembly lines. And I contend the CAN'T do at all on GA3 (inside Model 3 lines).

And I'm going to use Tesla's own video to demonstrate it.
I highly recommend that you watch this 47 second video... but do it on 1/4 speed. The video is sped up, so putting it slower allows you to see what the people in this video are actually doing.

And notice how often people working on either side of the car get very close.
Sometimes they even touch each other. Or end up face to face. The only way to remove these instances is to let each person do their work before allowing the next person to do so.

Which could take up to 4x longer to finish station.
But even that doesn't solve other problems with GA3. Those stations are very tight. In fact there is less than 3 feet of space between the car body, and the walls of parts that come up from below via lifts. You can't walk by someone on this line and maintain a safe distance.
In fact it is nearly impossible to walk by someone on the line and not physically touch them. It is very tight.
And considering there are two GA lines right next to one another you can walk "away" from the line to move along it.
Even when Telsa planned this video and had everyone ready to perform you can still see people queueing in these small pockets to even cross the line. This is common and given there are only a handful of places where crossing is feasible lots of people wait for a time to pass.
Even if you don't consider all that. A LOT of people work in these areas. You can see 7 people in one shot at this time. You can see people working back to back on different cars, which means you can't only consider a single station at a time.
Not to mention people have to get back from the cars (except the idiot putting his head inside the car body just asking to be crushed or dragged) for them to index forward, causing crowding together every single car that is made.
And then now that you have spent all that time watching Tesla's video. And reading these tweets, and looking at the screenshots I took of the video I ask you to watch the video one more time. Maybe watch it multiple times a little bit less slowed down.
Watch the video more. And look what gets touched by someone, that gets touched again, and again and again, and again.

These cars are conveyed down the line, so every worker can touch the same car.

Same goes for COVID-19. It will get conveyed down the line for everyone to touch.
The worst part about using this video is that during work the employees are the MOST spaced out. There are hardly any walk paths in GA3. The routes are just as tight as the lines. There are no bathrooms in GA3, you have to walk completely off the line and down the stairs.
There is only one break room that requires all of GA3 to walk through an aisle that isn't even 4' wide to get there. There are hundreds of workers on the GA3 lines. The amount of space up there is tiny.
There is an even more cramped parts delivery, staging, and loading operation going on below the floor the whole time. Even more people touching the bins and parts down there. All of those people share the same break room.
There are sub-assembly lines. Part repack. Control rooms. So many more work areas that Tesla didn't even mention, much less address in their COVID-19 opening plan.
And as would be expected. Tesla isn't giving a shit about enforcing safe work distancing.
