I've been wrestling with how upset I should be since learning my dad has bought plane tickets for himself (late 60s), my mom (early 70s), & my brother (early 30s) to fly from CO to FL to visit my grandmother in a retirement home for her 91st birthday in 2 weeks.
My dad has gone full Trump over the last few years, so this isn't entirely unexpected. I tried to get my mom to oppose him, but she won't. Haven't tried with my brother yet. I think my brain is sort of refusing to process this as real.
I literally said to my mom yesterday:

"I don't want to plan your socially-distanced funeral!"

That seemed to bother her, but it wasn't enough. I'm drawing a blank on what to do next.
If they want to endanger themselves, I get that they can. I just don't want them to endanger the countless hospitality and travel workers they'll encounter, or the folks in the nursing home, or my aunt and uncle they'll stay with on the trip (who have high-risk health concerns).
