How about if I see two friends, but one is like Guy Pierce in Memento, constantly needing to be reminded of who I am - does he have to get a tattoo each time we are in the park? How can I accurately tattoo him from two metres away? SO UNCLEAR

What if I do the tattoo telling him he can’t come to the park again today, but the. he sees it on his arm TOMORROW? Then he won’t go out and that’s on the government, that is. Boris just hasn’t thought this through.
