I've been saying this for 10+ years but flexible work does not JUST mean working from home! It does mean trusting your team to work in way that works from home. It does mean not forcing daily commuting. It means big conversations and decisions about culture and attracting talent.

It's also "the preserve of the posh". Those with wonderful home offices have a different experience to those with young kids or sat on their bed in a house share.

The way to reduce office costs is not just to force those costs upon your staff.
