A lesson in perseverance:

Started Streaming in 2017: No one knew who the fuck I was. I set a goal and said "in the next few years, Twitch is going to notice me".
TwitchCon 2018: Arrived as an affiliate and had a meetup where maybe a total of maybe 10 people actually showed up (some of which are close friends now)
TwitchCon 2019: Arrived as a Partner, had a meetup where almost 100 people showed up and I won PJ Saltan in front of an online audience of 10,000 people and actual asses in the seats in front of me.

I reached my goal, Twitch knew who I was.
But what you don't see in the midst of this journey, is the BULLSHIT. The HARD WORK. They BETRAYAL. The Crying, the countless times I almost gave up. The days where I was like "fuck this, I didn't sign up to be verbally abused by strangers online". That's what you DON'T see.
Consider that next time you try to rationalize why its so easy for some people to grow on #twitch. You can do it, but your journey could look different then mine. It could take longer. But it IS possible, regardless of what ever excuses your feeding yourself. GO BE GREAT, DAMNIT!
