1. As agreed I raised the issue of guidance re visiting people in care homes with the Dept. and growing risk to health and wellbeing of residents of not seeing loved ones. Response was sympathetic but view is we're still in the phase of infection control.

2. Once there is more confidence about having got control of the virus in care homes then I believe Dept. will be open to changing guidance in order to permit more visiting, but perception is not safe enough to do so yet. @JohnCampaign

3. This is an agonisingly difficult issue and I commend blog by @DrDMacaskill looking at the changing balance of risks as we start to get on top of the virus and residents have to endure ever longer unvisited. Drew it to Minister's attention too.
