6/n Councel Gen and his team spoke to each and every person. For the aged travelling alone I heard him rqst AI if they could upgrade as they could need help. AI promptly agreed.
Each of was spoken to. Kids dropping off parents were calmed down.

Boarded flight.
Entire crew, for the entire duration in complete PPE gear. Looked like hazmat gear to me. Very courteous.
At each seat. 2 x food tray, 1xsnack and beverage, pack with mask, gloves, sanitizer pouch×3 and Covid-19 form.
No service by crew. Did not need any!+

They checked our details against our passport. An young lady was asked to change her "Name as in the passport" .. WHAAT??
We were taken to an aircon bus. Social distancing. 10 per bus.
Reached hotel of my chice. Rennaisance, across the lake fm home.

Checking in was easy.
The bus had a conductor. In full near hazmat dress. Could be a lady. She took the room numbers down on our form (the photocopy one remember)..
Sent to our room. Room payment for 7 days. BMC will come check and then take a call.
