Replying to those notifications will send notifications to other people, that means you are going to be on their notifications and probably, their timeline too. That will attract their followers to also get chance and engage in your tests too although they don't follow you.

3__GETTING ENGAGEMENTS : you need to engage in people's tweet before you get more engagements. Follow and turn on post notifications of the big influencers you have similar bio with or you like them ( not celebrities)...

Then come to his comment sessions. Reply to people's reply and make friends under your influencer's post. They will reply and be pushed to follow you too.

You have between 5 -25 minutes to gain 100 -150 followers.
