The sexual assault portion is completely made up and stupid.

I'll just make a thread of elements that signal we are not getting the truth.

1993 Background

Carol Moseley Braun made history for women TWICE when she showed up for work in the Senate BLACK & wearing an Armani pantsuit.

The women thanked her.

She was the first to wear pants.

After Braun, the rules were changed to allow women to wear pants on the Senate floor.

Once that barrier was broken for Senators, staffers and women journalists were able to follow suit.

Yet, the pantyhose rule remained in place.

If Senators had to wear them, everyone had to.

It wasn't until 1995 that pantyhose sales began to slide. More liberal settings we're giving them up, yet the Senate was conservative and clung to them.

Staffers were obliged to follow the rules; women were sent out to buy some, or given someone's extra pair if bare legged.

That same year Senator Bob Packwood, who advocated for women's rights, was under investigation for sexual misconduct.

December 1, 1992 a Preliminary Inquiry began in the Senate Select Committee on Ethics.

He was accused of suddenly grabbing and forcibly kissing women staffers.

Packwood had a history of allegations dating back to 1969.

Predatory behavior.

In 1993 women were asked to come forward if they had been victimized.

This made it the best time for women to report any sexual misconduct.

Ken Starr was Solicitor General when this began.

Tara alleges she was told to serve drinks at a fundraiser.

The Hatch Act forbade making staffers participate in campaign activity.

I've spoken with a former Hill staffer.

The events were catered. Office staff wouldn't be covered under the liability insurance, also? The Unions.

Additionally, she emphasized how important the serving of drinks was to Biden.

We are never told who told her this part, likely we could ask them and be able to confirm or deny.

But, we have no media, so, the questions are never asked.

She said she was then subject to wardrobe policing, yet didn't change how she dressed.

It's at this time she claims she went to a counselling office and filled out an intake form.

This is the document she is demanding Biden search for.

No human resources department would ever hand that over to her employer or tell them she was ever there.

Assessment?

Intake is usually done in conjunction with an assessment.

Originally she said she chickened out, but now says no, she didn't.

She never heard back or followed up to make sure her paperwork wasn't lost.

Intake Forms are not complaint forms.

She never filed a complaint.

Any number of things could have happened.

1. Chickened out.
2. Left clipboard near seat.
3. Turned in incomplete forms.
4. Turn in but it was lost.
5. Was thrown away because she left w/o assessment.

Or she lied and never went there.

She said they constantly found fault with her work and attire. She felt harassed. She was taken outside several times and told to dress to code.

Her supervisor even had an intern or staff assistant tell her how to dress because she was so frustrated with Tara.

By this time Biden has allegedly played with her hair and touched her neck.

She has lost supervisorship over interns and is stuck in a windowless office.

Somehow, they want HER to take Biden his bag.

This is during normal business hours, while it's busy.

There is literally nowhere that's not got decent traffic.

You can't assault someone without being seen.

Not only are the hallways devoid of any privacy, everyone knew what Packwood was accused of.

This is a conservative office, PDAs like fingerbanging your staffer would have been a big ass deal.

Tara coincidentally didn't wear pantyhose and wore crotchless underwear that day.

And somehow her supervisor, who constantly reams her for her attire, sends her downstairs barelegged when her clothes have been such a major issue that it constituted harassment because of the sheer volume of lectures she got.

Also, NOBODY WALKED BY FOR THREE MINUTES.

He then jumped back and yelled she was "nothing", all because she pulled away from him.

Then he told her she was okay.

Then he grabbed his bag and left.

Coincidentally, nobody walked by, which is the first time in history the corridor was empty that long during business hours.

I needed to write this out to prove to myself how fucking stupid it sounds.

Biden immediately reformed and never sexually assaulted anyone again.

Coincidentally, he had never sexually assaulted anyone before.

Then she resigned/was fired/did check fraud/quit/moved with Tad.

This story is the dumbest shit I have ever heard.

Watching people whose intelligence I once respected fall for this shit has made me completely reassess them and I have decided they're all stupid as fuck.
