Never ordering anything from @Wayfair again.Ordered a couch & a leg was damaged I was irked & done.But to send it back I had to find boxes myself & pay $75 for shipping. So I opted for their “keep for partial refund” option.I paid $400+.I got $51 back.They refused to do more.

I didn’t want my full refund.I am unable to send it back & don’t want the shit anymore.I asked for atleast half as its not my fault I can’t use it.They refused to do more than $50 stating that they can replace the piece so they won’t give me more.Never again.Complete Bullshit.
