Everytime I’ve registered college/ high school students to vote w/ orgs we always mail the forms on their behalf.
Even if things are pre-stamped many YA simply have never had to send stuff through the mail. You would be surprised how many young ppl don’t know that/if they can send mail from their own mail box or where their nearest collection box is

As more votes are cast by mail, I hope state leadership, the Democratic Party, and campaigns focus on informing voters of the vote-by-mail process. And reach out to communities + demographics who might not know about this process or not have access to register online etc.
