Seeing everyone lose their minds over Dave Filoni& #39;s astute but obvious explanation of PHANTOM MENACE makes me wonder if there are generations of folks who just don& #39;t know how to read a movie or TV show beyond surface level unless it& #39;s spelled out like a DORA THE EXPLORER episode.

For the record Filoni is great and DORA rocks, but this was pretty basic cause and effect storytelling on display.
