I need you to understand that Mrs. Holmes was a part of a criminal justice apparatus that prosecuted & convicted Raquel Nelson, a single black mother, by an all-white jury for vehicular homicide in a case where her child was killed by a drunk driver with glaucoma.

Ms. Nelson was trying to get her 3 kids across a busy highway late 1 night after getting off the bus working 2 jobs. Evidence showed the community had all but begged Cobb County to put a crosswalk at the bus stop as the nearest crosswalk was 1/2 mile back up the road.

It should also be noted that Nelson had no prior criminal record, but blind drunk Jerry was previously convicted of 2 hit & runs as well as a D.U.I. Prosecutors & the jury were unmoved. This is sick shit. This has a Kamala Harris Mitrice Richardson ring to it. Get that.

Now some might argue that it is unfair to paint Holmes with this case. Fine. I judge people not only by their words, but also by their silence. Silence can be much louder than words & in the midst of tragedy, silence is often a sign of a lack of courage & conviction.

Thus, any celebration of D.A. Holme's appointment should be muted and she must be judged by every move she makes in the prosecution of Arbery's white killers. I have correctly predicted the outcome of almost every prosecution regarding black unarmed citizens.
