I have a lot of @YesCymru types following me. So I guess it's time for full disclosure. I wasn't born in Wales. I moved here, roughly 9 years ago. And in those 9 years, I have never felt more at home anywhere in my life.

I've been welcomed, made to feel at ease and at home, and had more people be friendly to me here than anywhere else. So over that time, I've started to feel more and more Welsh, I guess. Now, I believe in Welsh independence more than ever, and am even a @Plaid_Cymru member.

I love Wales, and I love the people, the culture, the sport, the togetherness you can feel here. I'm proud to live here, and be part of all that. I may have been born elsewhere, but I'm proud to say I'm from my adopted homeland.
