@rainSouthAfrica I need urgent assistance, and please don’t say DM you because I see people still waiting for response 3 days later. my 4g sim hadn’t been working for 6 days, I’ve escalated and gotten countless ticket numbers and instructions which I followed with no result.

The error message I got, I’ve sent proof of payment and reset my APN many times, inserted in different devices with no luck... 6 days later and I am still not assisted, I keep getting the same instructions
