This song is about calling someone you loved and still do, but you're afraid to do it because it might end up going in the wrong way again. So instead of calling, she wrote this song cause no matter how much she wanna call this person, she can't risk another goodbye.

This song is sort of like a letter to somebody you broke up with. You say all of the sad, anger, confused feelings you've felt after that breakup. The sadness you're feeling after realizing that you miss all those memories you've had with that person.

Basically this song is about Harry Styles that bought a house two blocks from hers. She regretted the way she broke up with her. There are times he'd drove past her street at night and she'd wish he would stop by and ask her to start all over again.
