Judging by the numbers of groups of people, not looking like they were from the same household, I needed to stay alert. The Stay Home message was clearly being ignored. Same at Asda, managed queues outside, unmanaged lack of social distancing from some staff and shoppers inside

so I stayed alert there too.

The council owner construction site (library) is operating today, as it has throughout, under welsh government rules that haven't changed, construction is open if it is safe. Garden centres open today. All devolved nations are looking at how they

can open schools at earliest opportunity and in Wales we've already said librarires (older folk risk) and municipal buildings too. So we're not that different.

Mostly I'm reading a wilfulness to be confused.
