okay idk if this is a controversial take but- i understand in some senses why having your age in your bio can be important to have but like... in my opinion, as a minor, it isnât really a big deal!?!?
i just think itâs a bit much when adults wonât follow minors because in life there are so many scenarios and situations where adults interact with minors and it doesnât have to be like.. forbidden
literally this is a community for a video game and most interactions are usually about the game anyways and the only thing that makes it weird is when an adult is flirting/making advances towards a minor/asking for personal info etc etc
okay iâm half asleep so idk if iâm making sense but basically as long as youâre not a fucking pedophile i think itâs okay for adults to be friendly with minors through this community as long as their interactions are about the game and you arenât overstepping any boundaries
and also, if youâre uncomfortable following a minor or a minor uncomfortable following adult then why are you on social media ?!?! itâs kind of inevitable because you never know who someone is behind a screen lmao half of us could be lying about our ages yk
in conclusion- i donât think age should matter in a community where weâre all just humans who share a common goal of enjoying a game and helping each other out
if you want to make it more than just playing a game then thatâs your problem
anyways this thread was kinda messy and unorganized and who knows i might lose followers or be cancelled by tomorrow but oh well GOOD NIGHTTT
