tartarus& #39; pacing is bad, tartarus is repetitive. its made in a way were you& #39;re forced to grind all the time, and yes; you can pretty much just avoid all the enemies and keep going up but that& #39;s extremely inefficient because you& #39;ll stop leveling up, therefore you& #39;ll become weaker.
tartarus hits different for me depending on my mood. sometimes i just feel like slacking off leveling up stats and hanging out w my social links when i realize it& #39;s already been a few days without going and i have to so i can reach as high as i can before the next full moon.
when it& #39;s like this i& #39;m more propensive to get ambushed as a result of my attempts of avoiding them failing, which makes me progress slower when i want the opposite.
but there& #39;s also days were i do feel like going to tartarus and exploring, fighting shadows, searching for items elizabeth requested, etc. so i go and stay there for a long time, fighting every shadow i see and not leaving a single corner unstepped, ironically progressing faster.
tartarus& #39; repetitiveness is the reason why i won& #39;t play p3fes daily unless something plot related is going on. as i demonstrated on this thread, i hate it because it& #39;s awful, but i love it because it makes persona 3 what it is, and i think that& #39;s something we can all agree with.
