Don't feel bad about the privilege you have, whatever it is. Be grateful about them. Sometimes we feel that we don't deserve some privileges. For example: I have amazing parents (but yes, they made mistakes that fucked me up a bit) and-
And I know some people aren't that lucky, abusive parents sadly exist. And when I thought about it, it made me feel I wasn't worthy of a good family. Hell! Sometimes I still think that! I'm autistic and that makes me so empathetic sometimes it can BURN
"Why someone like me should deserve good parents" I thought, and it made me hate myself even more.
Then I realized I AM deserving of privilege too! I should be aware of it AND embrace it, be grateful.

So yes, be mindful about the privileges you have, but don't feel "bad" about having them. I insist on being grateful and use them to help yourself and others. AND also, educate yourself if you don't know about someone's situation.
Also, love yourself. You deserve a good healthy life, You deserve happiness and LOVE. Remember that.
