The not remotely plausible parts of Reade’s multiple stories:
That she was asked to serve drinks at a fundraiser. Violates Senate rules & would cause trouble w unions.
That she was assaulted in the Senate basement (what she told Halper)Capitol police post there, cameras & people

The she filed a complaint about harassment. All harassment complaints had to be reviewed independently. All complaints regarding Senators would have to

The Senate Ethics Committee. Mitch McConnell was on that committee investigating fellow Republican, Bob Packwood at the time for sexual harassment.
That she filed an intake form for counseling or Senate Personnel Office and it ended up in Sen. Biden’s personal files.

No one is going to risk scandal, losing their careers, going to jail to give a Senator an intake form.
That she told her mother she was assaulted & that her mother told her to go to the police. When her mom called Larry King to talk about her daughter’s trouble at the office

Her mom who was anonymous, doesn’t say her daughter was assaulted or even sexually harassed. She just says troubles and that her daughter has too much respect for the Senator to talk to the press. Not police, or HR, the press.
That she resigned was made to quit etc.

The admin sheet she tweeted showed she was fired.
That she left in July as her lawyer said and before she was charged with check fraud. Her termination date on the admin was August 6.
