My landlord say they can't upgrade the internet. I feel like they are straight up lying to me. I pay them 650$ a month and they told me when I was offered the space that they would upgrade. Yet now they are saying "they can't afford it." I feel like they are lying about something
I think I should start charting it over a week's period. Then bring it up again when there is significant evidence.

But here's the kicker: my landlord works in IT. So he should know this is nowhere near modern acceptable speeds. So they are lying about something.
The box right next to me It's UVerse. I couldn't get the exact plan info without having account access, but I did find this offered plan at my address. Way higher than what we are getting, sub 1mbps.

My landlord is 100% lying ether about working in IT or why they can't upgrade.

Ether A. they don't work with computers and AT&T is scamming them.
Or B. Something is clogging the lines (massive torrenting?) No one is up right now besides me and the kid watching Anime on his PS4.
