Just wanted to share some tips on riding Motorbikes

1. Always engine ON while you stay in RED LIGHTS, stay in 1st Gear not Neutral.

Why?
A) Incase the guy (big trucks, buses etc) behind u doesn’t see you, when lights turn green, before you start moving you’ll be toast, if you’re on 1st gear, you have chance of moving out soon

If you see him coming on to you. There are multiple cases around these, people sometimes don’t see the bikes if they are focused on something else, as bikers we must be keen all the time watching our side mirrors, even if some1 accidentally comes onto you have a chance to move.

2. While you are in a queue stopped in red lights, always either stay on the most right or most left of the lane you are in.

Why?
Incase someone behind you couldn’t stop you won’t have a chance to move out but get caught between two vehicles. If you are on the corner you can

quickly move away soon when you see someone moving into you. These happen very commonly, due to careless drivers.

3. Use your signal lights or blinkers when you switch “lanes”, and make turns. This helps the driver behind you to predict how you drive. The key thing while riding bikes is that you should be a predictable rider, because when there is an accident only bikers suffer.

Always allow the signal lights to blink few times before you make the move.
