Richard Pusey bail application is about to begin in Melbourne Magistrates' court. Pusey is in the dock with SESG guards. They're a specialised security group usually used for more dangerous prisoners. He is wearing a mask and gloves. @7NewsMelbourne
Police say Pusey filmed the scene for approximately three minutes and eight seconds. It's alleged he zoomed in on different parts of the scene and made derogatory remarks throughout the video.

Police say Pusey 'takes a disturbing pleasure in causing others fear and discomfort.' They say there is a real concern he would 'commence a campaign of harassment and intimidation' against witnesses if he found out who they were. @7NewsMelbourne

Court told Pusey had a device called a ‘blinder’ installed on his car. It ‘jams’ police signals and stops its speed being detected. Lawyer says: that car is gone and won’t be seen for a while. Informant: yes, but he has another high powered Porsche in the garage. @7NewsMelbourne
