I was out riding bikes with the kids. Walked in the basement and noticed a very strong laundry smell. Walked in the laundry room and the ENTIRE BOTTLE of concentrated Costco sized laundry detergent was all over the floor.

Under the washer and dryer. All over the rugs, wall to wall thick blue puddle.
In related news, we just finished a 4 month remodel of our basement (and laundry room) from when my MIL flooded it in Sept.

Anyway, I holler for hubs. We’re 20 min into intensive cleanup when my I realize my hands and forearms are hurting. A Lot. And itching.
I look more carefully at the bottle and realize that it’s the laundry detergent that I have a sensitivity to. But concentrated.

I rush upstairs, grabbing Benadryl on my way, and then sit for 30 min with my arms in the bath tub watching my skin swell and hives form between my fingers.
So now I’m all whacked out on Benadryl and my arms are slathered in lotion and it’s taken me 20 min to write this thread.
