2) Within that 1st email.. I asked for all agencies included to assist me and to do so with discretion. Safety concerns are OBVIOUSLY in play. I stated I had little trust for law enforcement as well. I put my faith in you despite serious concerns. You never replied.

3) Then by chance: I witnessed one of your officers running code 3 and he was in an accident. I assisted him. I then wrote to you again to state that my safety concerns are further elevated bcuz I had TPD contact. I mentioned something a supervisor said on scene - as a side FYI.

4) Instead of you responding yourself: You informed at least one other at TPD about my email to you, despite my safety concerns and asking you to use discretion. (basically)

After my TPD officer accident message to you, I was given this reply despite ONGOING concerns/things/etc.

5) I replied.

In the 1st email I was clear that things were more recent. I did NOT ask you to go back to charge certain formers for the old case(s) (..but, the Feds can, I hear.) I asked for you to help me make it stop. (basically) ..because things have happened in Tucson. cont.
