emotional connection to the spiritual life? haven& #39;t had that in over five years because the first time WAS MANIA

idk i guess im just tired of retreat talk and new catholic talk about emotions because not everyone is neurotypical and i feel like sometimes the church acts like her teachings are written for the able minded

while i know this is not the case and my brokenness and confusion has a place in the church, it can be tiring. very tiring.
