Lots of people confused tonight after @BorisJohnson speech, which is fair. Take from it what you will. I saw there could be a potential second spike and will therefore continue a lockdown like before. No unnecessary trips. Risk and Reward.

Is it worth the trip to the park to socially distance with strangers? If you need that for mental health reasons etc then that’s your choice of risk & reward.
Going to party with friends because you don’t want to miss out isn’t worth the risk.
It’s difficult but you can do it.

Oh and we just celebrated VE Day where we commemorated heroes leaving their families for nearly 6 years. Some never returning.
If that doesn’t inspire you to not make unnecessary trips to avoid spreading disease and saving lives then I’m not sure what will.
