Prior to the NFL Draft, I opened up accounts at as many sportsbooks as I could that were offering unique odds on the draft. @SIASport was one of those books (Canadian players). After today's experience, I would highly suggest you avoid this miserable book at all costs. (1/5)
Long story short, they actually changed the odds on my wagers when they went to settle the bets. Here are the interactions that I had with their customer service team today (who btw, I don't consider to be at fault) (2/5):
Honestly, for me, this is about the principle and not about the money. I don't care about the $. I actually still have $ left in the account that I'm fairly certain I will never see again after posting this, but garbage books like this need to be exposed for what they are. (3/5)
There are a half dozen recreational, low limit books that I play on that might limit wager sizes and occasionally even cancel bets for what most consider to be invalid reasons, but I have never in my life seen the actual odds on a wager altered after the fact. (4/5)
Here's a screenshot of one of my wagers (placed at 3:47) and a whatsapp convo after the fact with my claim of what the price was and a screenshot of the prices available. Ok, not definitive proof, but I'm not going out of my way to doctor images on tiny bets. Shameful. (5/5)
