Hung up on once, now one transfer and three rounds of "I'm verifying your account." This is going great.
Aaaaaaand, we're going around the reboot circuit again. "Added service" to an unlimited call/text account. I love it.

Now I can make calls, but still no messages. 🤦‍♀️
And they sent their followup "would you recommend us to others" text so quickly that I can't respond to the "did this fix your issue" text. So back to the call center roulette I go.

Good lord, @Net10Wireless tech support managed to delete my voicemail inbox and my saved messages. I had to set it back up again just now to hear the message from the first operator whose call I got disconnected from. This is just a comedy of errors at this point.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand we're rebooting the phone again to fix another unspecified error.
No one yet has told me what went wrong yesterday that suddenly my service isn't working. I've offered one theory to two different operators, but no explanations have been forthcoming.
I've had Net10 for nearly a decade, and I've always known the payoff for the cost was that jerry rigging the service to work was a pain. I've had some epic tech support rundowns over that time, pretty much one every two years/when I change phones. This is the hardest one yet.
Reboot didn't work. We're gonna be on customer call number 5.
