This is an interesting #ethics issue that I didn't think about before tweeting (thank you @sampson_dog!!). I lean toward the side of going forward with this. It took a lot of thought, though. test has a rate of false neg of 15-30% mostly due to failure to properly swab. If #dogs can be trained for this, I think the exposure potential will be drastically lower for both humans and dogs (w proper PPE), as well as a major decrease in false negs. @MVP_Pediatric @RyanMarino
