Once the court took action, and docs were produced, DOJ reviewed the materials (including Barr, Jensen, and Durham) and appalled at what they saw instructed the team to drop the case. (Yes, the prosecutor "resigned." Pretty sure there's a "do not rehire" sheet in his file.)

If the FBI lied. There was a meeting in the Oval Office on next steps including Sally Yates and James Comey, "What exactly did Flynn lie about to the Vice President?" pops to the surface.

Keep in mind, Judge Sullivan put a gag order on General Flynn. He couldn't speak!

Would it make more sense that Pence, acting on behalf of DS/BHO, lied to the incoming President Trump to ensure Flynn would be fired. Kept him under a cloud so that the intelligence community could remain intact, as Obama intended.
