#Distribute2020 I am so grateful for this experience. For me, even though on the listener's end only,
it was LIBERATING to know that my timid creative interests have a place in the world - 1...
it was ENGAGING and thus reflective of anthropology's allure for me (it crosses great distances, opens "mind doors")
it was INTERDISCIPLINARY in a way I dream/imagine/ask for anthropology&myself to be
it was FRIENDLY & ACCESSIBLE & EQUITABLE (think of the captions, the low cost, the three loops of streaming, the friendly moderated zoom discussions)
and it was hope-/thoughtPROVOKING in how the people behind this conference bravely look towards a more inclusive world & alternative academic futures.
