Couple of things about the Event Participation Agreement that I haven't seen covered yet:
1) Participants apparently must agree to basically accept all testing or regulations implemented by the UFC but they should have no expectation that this will be done.
2)Seems as if not only is testing or keeping things sanitized optional for the UFC, but so is them covering any sort of COVID-19 related medical costs if you did get sick, even apparently if negligence was the reason.
3) Since Media signed the same the agreement theoretically they would be under the same confidentiality and non-disparage agreements
4) No matter where the Participant is from and never mind where the event was actually held legally this all takes place in Nevada.
5) also someone with legal expertise will have to weigh in but from this layman's POV would not this requirement to deliver any "questionnaires, reports, test results or other information" and wave "any expectation of privacy" be a backdoor around HIPAA?
