I’m spending Mother’s Day with my Vespa saying hi to places in SF I haven’t seen for a while.

The last time I was here I had just run Bay to Breakers. That was ... a very long time ago, I’m embarrassed to say.

I mean, I wouldn’t refuse to live in Sea Cliff. But there are some hedges here that put Danielle Steele’s house to shame. 
There was a TV show a few years ago that had some time-jumping storyline and in one of the first scenes the star woke up here and called it Golden Gate Park. It still bugs me.
