Kawser was born in Asmara, Eritrea. She left Eritrea with her family at the age of 6. She lived in Sudan, Saudi Arabia, Italy and Canada before permanently residing in Phoenix, AZ. #Eritrea #Yiakl
Kawser is a proud graduate of University of Manitoba, Canada with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. She is a hard working & brilliant woman who enjoys serving her community. #Eritrea
Kawser's colleagues describe her as very respectful, humble, a great team player with excellent communication skills and an asset that one can rely on. #Eritrea
Currently, Kawser is mainly focused on motivating and educating #Eritrea|ns in many areas some of which include educational videos on team building and diversity for Eritrean women in North America.
As one of the pioneers of the Eritrean Sinit Study, Kawser has traveled with the Sinit members around the US including to Dallas, Las Vegas, Houston, Seattle, Oakland, etc… to speak on how the transition to democratic Eritrea would look like.

Kawser was one of the important figures who made the Eritrean Women Conference on February 8th of this year in DC a success. She delivered her presentation with impact and left many women inspired and empowered. #Eritrea #Yiakl
During the Eritrean conference, Kawser gave an educational presentation on “Solidarity and Diversity" where she spoke about the importance of diversity and inclusion and made a clear point that we need to start working as a team versus a group. #Eritrea #Yiakl
Kawser is a member of the Coordinating Committee of the Eritrean Scholars and Professionals who produced the 2020 Manifesto. Wherever she goes, Kawser brings important insights and wisdom in order to move our fight for democoratic #Eritrea forward. http://wp.me/pbrCql-Ki 
Kawser also helps #Eritrea|n children Refugees in Shimalb. For the over 230 children at the camp, Kawser organizes fundraising campaigns for education materials. She continues to raise awareness about their plight and needs of good education, nutritional foods & clothing. #Yiakl
