The obsession going on with Raymond in Animal Crossing is legitimately some of the most pathetic stuff I have ever seen in Twitter

I think its pathetic that people sell this virtual cat for absurd amounts of in-game items,
i think its pathetic that people will slam others with DMs when giving him away,
i think its pathetic that people will literally harass others who they feel "don't deserve Raymond"

I also think its not far fetched to say that many people want Raymond on their island purely for the clout, which is pathetic.
I like his design and want him on my island tbh, but CHRIST people calm down
