Omega Izuku being kidnapped and forced into a breeding facility together with Alpha Katsuki. He's scared and on edge, being shoved into a small room with an unknown Alpha, and he doesn't even know why he's there yet.

The people that took them wrestle Izuku and Katsuki to the ground, plunging syringes filled with strange fluids into their veins. They both seek refugee in different corners of the room, muttering and brooding by themselves.

Sweet scents of heat and rut start permeating the air, and while both of them try very hard to resist their nature, it's only a matter of time until they cave and mate with each other on the haphazard pile of blankets their kidnappers provided them.

Katsuki is a virile Alpha, and it only takes one try for Izuku to become pregnant. Their captors mostly leave them alone, only providing them with basic care such as food, clothes and health check ups.

Being trapped in such a small space, it's impossible to avoid each other, so the two of them quickly open up about their lives and about themselves. Through their bond caused by their mating and because of their shared pup growing in Izuku's belly +

they form a bond as Alpha and Omega. Katsuki gets more and more protective of Izuku the more pregnant he becomes. When it's time for Izuku to go in labour, Katsuki gets aggressive towards the medical staff up to the point they have to sedate him.

Izuku gives birth to a healthy baby girl, but his happiness and post-labour bliss only last as long as they're allowing him to hold her. Izuku cries and screams and tries to attack them as they take his crying pup away, but it's no use; they're still his captors, and he's captive

They're only allowed a moment to grief and rest before they show up with more heat and rut inducers, forcing them to repeat the procedure all over again. They only find solace in each other in these hard times, shut out from the world.

Izuku gives birth once more and is carrying the third when they're rescued. The authorities aren't able to find their other pups, but at least they'll be able to keep this one.

After an intense recovery program, they're allowed to start living a normal life. A bond, formed through terrible circumstances, connects the two of them together. One pup is more than they had hoped for, and a mate more than they ever expected.
