If green line enters 7th Avenue at west end off 9A bridge, it’s AM peak arrivals are on south side of 7th Avenue during time when the S.E. green line AM peak arrivals are on north side. PM is the exact reverse. Allows easy transfers Red/Blue/Green & oodles of capacity. #yyccc

The 2006 DT capacity report brought both lines in on the east end of DT so that both green lines arrived at north side in AM & departed south side in PM. This “doubling up” of traffic DT was false design premise used to legitimize stand alone low floor tram boondoggle. #yyccc
