SIGGRAPH paper lengths over the years
Dot sizes are normalized for each year.

The total number of SIGGRAPH papers has changed a lot over the years.
I'm including SIGGRAPH (North America) and SIGGRAPH Asia in this data, which I collected from @dblp_org via scripts by @CSrankings.

(The awkward gap in the page-length data appears to be missing data on dblp)
And yes, there was 26-page paper in 1983. "Local Control of Bias and Tension in Beta-splines" by Barksy & Beatty.
Guilty! My personal SIGGRAPH paper lengths follow the trend. Alas, I can't say I have enough papers to really have contributed much to the general trend though, surely the other way around.
