This is what I wish I knew when I started on Twitter

1. Get an ebook from a successful Twitter marketer.

1. Start scheduling ASAP

+ Post 6 - 10 tweets per day
+ Spread them out over the day
+ Schedule them 2 days in advance
+ Review them 1 day before they go out

2. Interact with many people:

Post replies
OR
Re-tweet with an interesting comment

+ Don't spam (should be obvious)
+ Don't ask anyone to follow you/click your links
+ Be authentic & helpful
+ Drop knowledge bombs
+ Aim for 30+ interactions per day

3. Invest in your bio

Banner:
+ Make it beautiful
+ Add your punchline
+ Pay a freelancer if necessary

Text:
+ How followers benefit from your tweets
+ Make it look clean

CTA:
+ 1 link only
+ Make the link stand out

4. Mark your best tweets as evergreen.
