That 60GHz is absorbed by Oxygen is a fact, so it reasonable to theorize that it affects living creatures. There should be more studies on this for obvious reasons.
The thing is why does this specific 60GHz frequency have to be used for 5G, when it is known to be resonant with oxygen? Why not use a different one? Not all 5G has to run on the same frequency.

I suspect that China wanted the USA to use 60GHz 5G for nefarious reasons. If Trump was not President we would have widespread 60GHz 5G set up around the USA right now.
