(I'm sure people will appreciate this thread much more than the investment one)
So I got four major suggestions: Headspace, Calm, Insight Timer and Waking Up - and I plan on trying them all
I'm going to start with Headspace because it has a nice beginner-friendly 10 day free course to introduce me to it - after that probably going to do them in the order I just listed them
Not sure if I mentioned, but the impetus of this was me auditing a Coursera course on "The Science of Well-Being" and getting a final homework assignment of adopting a new "well-being" habit for a month - so that's the minimum trial period for me
I chose this one because I've already adopted a lot of the obvious lifestyle changes, but meditation is the one where everyone has been all, you should do this, and the one where I've always been all, this is hard and I hate it and lmao no
