thanks for everyone& #39;s great suggestions for meditation apps! I& #39;m going to try them all - thread me up before you go go https://twitter.com/jfhbrook/status/1259152698546495491">https://twitter.com/jfhbrook/...
(I& #39;m sure people will appreciate this thread much more than the investment one)
So I got four major suggestions: Headspace, Calm, Insight Timer and Waking Up - and I plan on trying them all
I& #39;m going to start with Headspace because it has a nice beginner-friendly 10 day free course to introduce me to it - after that probably going to do them in the order I just listed them
Not sure if I mentioned, but the impetus of this was me auditing a Coursera course on "The Science of Well-Being" and getting a final homework assignment of adopting a new "well-being" habit for a month - so that& #39;s the minimum trial period for me
I chose this one because I& #39;ve already adopted a lot of the obvious lifestyle changes, but meditation is the one where everyone has been all, you should do this, and the one where I& #39;ve always been all, this is hard and I hate it and lmao no
