Coming back to this thread late bc real life happened. 2. So many examples of giving citations and proper credit to our intellectual lineages - “as Audre Lorde said...”, “as Michelle Alexander wrote ...”, “as Fanny Lou Hamer organized...”

3. Had to cackle when I realized both my mom and Angela Davis do not call the current occupant of the White House by name “naming is power”

4. The fact that Toni Morrison came up quickly and her name was called so many times - we are missing her deeply right now
