One thing I've noticed in the PA/Allegheny Co. #covid data is that while the state has occasionally had days with statistically significant jumps in deaths as a result of past data being consolidated, Allegheny Co. has rarely seen such days. Two deaths announced today.
For example, on Friday, the state reported 200 deaths (resulting from "continued work to reconcile data") but on the same day, Allegheny Co. reported just two.
Allegheny County has 9.38% of Pennsylvania's population, but 3.3% of its coronavirus deaths. (using yesterday's numbers)
Wednesday’s numbers go against what I observed in this thread.

Data collection resulted in PA reporting 137 deaths Wednesday. Likewise, Allegheny County reported an atypically high 12 deaths Wednesday.
