Regarding the case in Georgia, to me, it looks like murder. I avoided the video at first, only watched it once because I don& #39;t want to watch such things. The video of him (supposedly) at the construction site does nothing to sway me.
A lot of people defending the actions of the men who killed him say this is goal-post shifting, but it really isn& #39;t. A video of a man looking in a construction site supposed to lead me to reconsider and think that it was a capital (capitol? Idk which spelling is right) offense?
I do not understand how these men felt they were being violated by the victim. If it wasn& #39;t their home, and he wasn& #39;t attacking them, do they have the authority to chase him and use lethal force? That& #39;s hunting. That& #39;s not a citizen& #39;s arrest.
Anyway. Have a trial.
