Regarding the case in Georgia, to me, it looks like murder. I avoided the video at first, only watched it once because I don't want to watch such things. The video of him (supposedly) at the construction site does nothing to sway me.
A lot of people defending the actions of the men who killed him say this is goal-post shifting, but it really isn't. A video of a man looking in a construction site supposed to lead me to reconsider and think that it was a capital (capitol? Idk which spelling is right) offense?
I do not understand how these men felt they were being violated by the victim. If it wasn't their home, and he wasn't attacking them, do they have the authority to chase him and use lethal force? That's hunting. That's not a citizen's arrest.
Anyway. Have a trial.
