ASKING FOR HELP: what are your best tips for accommodating students with poor internet connectivity or lacking devices during emergency remote teaching?

I know we need a systemic response and I am well aware of the digital divide and the inherent problems with moving online. I am asking what stop-gap measures you tried to do what you could while advocating for larger change. Thanks!
