Someone in this thread said prom is for the people who PEAKED in high school. And that is so true. Alhamdulilah I did not peak in high school nor did I care about what anyone thought of me by then.

I knew that I needed to work hard and get the grades to get into nursing school. Because I knew my life was bigger and better than whatever the 3 years of high school could give me.
